Kiwibank’s Customer Protection team protects customers from financial crime. This one-year fixed-term contract is based in Auckland, Hastings, Wellington, or Christchurch with hybrid work options. You will manage fraud cases, investigate complex activity, and prepare files for possible prosecution, while continuously improving processes.
