You will deliver essential healthcare services, develop and oversee personalized support plans. Working alongside a network of registered health professionals, you'll play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for clients. Each day will offer new experiences as you visit clients in their homes, workplaces, or places of study, ensuring no two days are the same. This is a role that can be flexible for the right candidate - part-time or full-time, fixed-term or permanent, we can tailor our hours to suit you! Travel is required across Hamilton and the wider region. Ngātohungatangamōtēneitūranga | Desired skills and experience Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate. Minimum 4 years of experience Strong teamplayer with the ability to build professional relationships within the community. The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload. A current full driver's license is essential.
