About the Role As a Registered Nurse Relief Team, you will provide high quality nursing care across a range of inpatient and clinical areas, supporting services where additional nursing expertise is required. You will use your clinical knowledge and judgement to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and evidence based treatment. About the Team/Service/ Location The Relief Team is part of the Integrated Operations Centre and provides flexible nursing support across Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital. As a valued member of the team, you will work alongside experienced nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, and support teams to ensure safe staffing and high quality patient care throughout the organisation. About you As a Registered Nurse, you will bring: Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate IV certification and demonstrated clinical nursing competence Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision making skills The ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs Excellent time management and organisational skills A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable health outcomes for all communities Working at Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
