Change Manager, Asset Transformation Programme Applications close 09/09/2026 Reference REQ1986 Employment type Fixed Term Location 28 Mount Pleasant Road, Whangārei 0110 NZL We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to play apivotal role in our Asset Transformation Programme within the Network division.This programme is modernising how we manage and maintain our electricitynetwork through the implementation of ESRI GIS and Maximo Asset Management,supported by new data‑driven asset management practices. Working closely with programme leadership, project teams,and relevant business units, you’ll lead end‑to‑end change managementactivities to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways ofworking. You’ll be a key member of the programme leadership team, providingclear guidance on change impacts and outcomes, with success measured by strongengagement and realisation of programme benefits. This is a 2‑year fixed term opportunity suited to a hands‑onchange professional who thrives in complex, technology‑enabled environments. Key Responsibilities Leadchange management across the Asset Transformation Programme usingrecognised frameworks Developand maintain core change artefacts (change strategy, impact andstakeholder assessments, communications, training and readiness plans) Executeand measure change adoption and effectiveness Coachleaders and teams to support transition and embed new systems andprocesses Partnerwith change agents, workstream leads and project managers to ensureconsistent change delivery Provideinsights and reporting to programme and senior leaders Activelycontribute to Agile delivery activities including ceremonies, testing,go-live and post‑implementation Supportsolution design by articulating business value and user needs Stakeholder Engagement Collaboratewith network business units, Group Digital and Energy Services Engageexternal vendors, implementation partners, network owners, clients andL&D providers Health, Safety and Environment Promotea strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture Ensuresafe work practices and incident reporting Takeresponsibility for stopping unsafe work About you You’re an experienced change leader who is confidentoperating in complex digital transformation programmes and building trust withdiverse stakeholder groups.
