Ideally, you will have leadership experience in the secondary sector demonstrating: The ability to lead a dynamic and highfunctioning team, creating positive and productive relationships withstudents, colleagues, whānau, and the wider school ecosystem The ability to plan and prioritise tasks, havea high attention to detail, and be principled yet agile The ability to see and create opportunities tomake continual improvements, both organisational/structural and personal The successful candidate will be well-informed about the upcoming curriculum and assessment changes and ready to lead the department in incorporating this into the high-quality learning environment within Health and Physical Education. Aswell as running a top-performing HPE Scholarship programme, we have a range ofHealth and PE courses, including Sports Science and Outdoor Education.
