We are looking for an Administration Superstar to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and smooth running of our busy office. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week.


No two days are quite the same in this varied and rewardingadministration role. You'll provide high-level executive and administrative support to our District Manager, while also being the go-to person for the wider team of around 40 health professionals, including dietitians, social workers, health improvement practitioners, diabetes specialists, pharmacists and nurses.


You'll be the person who keeps things organised, anticipates what needs to happen next and makes sure the office and team have what they need to do their jobs well.


Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, including:

  • Providing high-level executive and administrative support to the District Manager, including diary management, meetings, correspondence, documents and coordination of priorities.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider office and team.
  • Managing reception and being a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, patients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating accounts and invoices and supporting general financial administration.
  • Managing our vehicle fleet, including bookings, maintenance and compliance.
  • Coordinating building maintenance, contractors, supplies and office facilities.
  • Organising meetings, events and team activities.
  • Supporting health and safety administration.
  • Coordinating onboarding and supporting new team members as they join.
  • Looking for ways to improve our systems, processes and ways of working.


This role will suit someone who enjoysvariety, responsibility and autonomy and takes pride in being the person others can rely on.

  • IT Savvy, familiar with the Microsoft Office suit and confident picking up new systems.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service skills including Reception and Telephone experience.
  • Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
  • Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive in looking for ways to improve systems/processes.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adapable and flexible.
  • Hold a current full driver's licence and be confident driving different vehicles.
