Connect2Care is seeking a new graduate therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services to clients via telehealth, community visits, and centre-based care. This mobile role offers flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. You will assess and treat children and adults with disabilities, work within the NDIS framework, and manage a varied caseload while meeting professional expectations.
