Key Roles and Responsibilities: Define and implement enterprise test strategies, test plans, and delivery frameworks. Establish quality governance, metrics, reporting standards, and release readiness processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing practices, tooling, and delivery processes. Required Skills & Experience Strong functional testing expertise across analysis, execution, and closure. Hands‑on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr). Excellent communication and coordination skills, including offshore teams. Experienced in Agile, hybrid, and BAU/steady‑state testing environments. Stakeholder Management Engage with business stakeholders, program leadership, vendors, and customer teams. Provide executive-level status reporting supported by facts, metrics, and insights. Facilitate risk management, defect governance, and quality review meetings. Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues and risks. Delivery Management Manage end-to-end test delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality objectives, and budget commitments. Monitor test progress, risks, dependencies, and defect trends. Build high-performing testing teams through coaching and capability development. Support resource planning, utilization management, and succession planning. Quality Governance Define entry/exit criteria for all testing phases. Establish data-driven dashboards and testing KPIs. ISTQB Advanced Certification. Experience with AI-led testing and quality engineering transformation initiatives.
