Head of Development & Integrations

Lead Development Capability, Integration Excellence and Platform Maturity.

The Head of Development & Integrations will lead Cyclone’s internal development and integration capability, driving stronger platforms, smarter integrations and better delivery outcomes.

This is a visible leadership role for someone who brings technical depth, commercial judgement and a passion for improving how systems, teams and technology work together.

Reporting to the GM of Services, you will set clear technical standards, strengthen integration patterns, improve delivery quality and lift the maturity of Cyclone’s development capability.

Working across senior leaders, business teams, external partners and vendors, you will turn business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions that support Cyclone’s future growth.

In this role, you will lead Cyclone’s internal development and integration team, own architecture standards, integration patterns and platform direction, and govern priorities, releases, change control and delivery quality. You will oversee reusable, well-documented integrations across key platforms and help improve platform stability, scalability, security and performance. You will also make clear recommendations on when Cyclone should build, buy, partner, automate or use SaaS solutions, ensuring external partners are used wisely while Cyclone retains strong internal ownership of standards, direction and outcomes.

This role suits a technically strong, commercially aware leader who can create clarity, improve systems, govern delivery and translate complex technical detail into practical business language.

• Experience leading development, integration, architecture or digital platform teams

• Strong architecture, integration and platform governance knowledge
\n
• Practical experience with APIs, REST, middleware, data flows, .NET/C#, SQL and modern web environments

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Azure SQL
\n
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, monitoring and reliability
\n
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance and commercial judgement

• High attention to detail across quality, documentation, security and supportability

This role will strengthen Cyclone’s internal ownership of development, integrations and platform architecture. It will improve platform stability, reduce technical debt, improve delivery governance and support future business growth.
