Site Traffic Management Supervisor - STMS

ROLE: STMS - Site Safety Management Supervisor Roading + Class 1 or 2 Driving Licence. ABOUT THE ROLE: Required a current STMS qualification (STMS Cat A/B). Site Setup: Transporting and installing signs, cones, and safety barriers according to an approved Traffic Management Plan (TMP). Traffic Control: Leading on-road safety, setting up Stop/Go operations, and making real-time, risk-based decisions to manage live traffic flow. Crew Supervision: Briefing on-site crews, conducting toolbox talks, and leading safety checks. Safety Management: Enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring crew compliance, and monitoring hazards Team Leadership: Briefing Traffic Controllers (TTMW), directing stop/go operations, and overseeing field crews.
