We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our dynamic team in this exciting retention role within our Business Banking Growth team. As a key member of our direct phone-based Business Banking team, you’ll engage with our valued customers as they seek to manage expenses with credit cards, look to restructure their existing facilities or support their growth ambitions through our Fast Capital digital tool. This is a great step into a business lending career. In this role, you’ll manage and grow business customer relationships to drive profitability, satisfaction, and thoughtful decision‑making. You’ll identify and fulfill customer needs through consultative conversations, deliver tailored solutions, and provide valued advice that builds sustainable, long‑term relationships. Where your expertise matters At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: Proven experience in business or home lending, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Experience operating at pace and in a process‑oriented execution role Solid credit analysis skills with a practical understanding of lending across business or commercial banking Demonstratable knowledge of general business with an awareness of market and industry trends Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and puts customer needs first Financially literate, with the ability to clearly explain lending decisions and guide customers applications close on Monday August 31st.
