Senior Mask R&D Engineer

Lead the structural design and product development of respiratory masks / patient interfaces. Design and optimize key mask components, including the mask frame, sealing interface, headgear, and connectors. Lead the selection, evaluation, and development of silicone, plastics, soft materials, and other consumable components. Drive product development from concept design, prototyping, and testing through to mass production. Collaborate with Industrial Design, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to bring products to market. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in medical device R&D or product development. Proven experience in the development of CPAP/PAP masks, respiratory masks, patient interfaces, or related medical devices. Strong knowledge of mask structure, consumables, and material development, with hands-on experience in CAD, prototyping, and product testing/validation. Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, or strong professional fluency in Chinese as a second language. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with experience collaborating across Chinese and international teams preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
