Te Mahi – About The Job This leads RNZ's Saturday Morning programme, focusing on delivering a dynamic live listening experience to reestablish and revitalise RNZ's primetime weekend on-air audience. This position involves editorial leadership, strategic planning, and team leadership to create and maintain a fresh, compelling programme and online and social content that is aligned with RNZ’s strategic objectives and Charter. An Outstanding Executive Producer For Saturday Morning Will Refresh and revitalise the on-air programme to reestabilish, grow and diversify RNZ primetime weekend audience Shape, set and drive the programming each Saturday with future direction front and centre Create a performance culture, where outstanding work is expected and celebrated. Be responsible for a small, collaborative, high-powered team delivering high quality, engaging, varied and well-produced interviews and stories on-air, online and via social media. Ensure that RNZ Editorial Policies are understood and adhered to at all times Ōu Pūkenga - About You Reporting to the National Content Director you’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team committed to excellence and exceeding the expectations of our audience every single morning.
