Job Description
IDEA Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities to live in their own homes and participate in their communities. You will be supporting people with intellectual disabilities living in their own homes to achieve their goals and aspirations during night shifts. As a Support Worker you will assist clients with complex needs, manage risk, ensure safety and provide individual care.
