2x Enrolled Nurses - Permanent,full-time 0.94FTE positions available, 4 on, 2 off (rotating roster) Newstate-of-the-art facilities based at Hillmorton Hospital. About the role Based atHillmorton Campus,Whāngai Aroha, inpatient unitcomprising ofPerinatal Mental HealthServiceand Eating DisordersService, provides care for a SouthIsland wide catchment. Perinatal Mental HealthService(5.2 beds) provides specialist treatment for women who presentwith complex moderate to severe maternal mental illness who require admissionwith their baby. Eating Disorders (7.8 beds)provides specialist inpatient care for people with an eating disorder, whereboth medical and psychological treatment is required. This Specialty Serviceoffers a fulfilling and dynamic environment and opportunities to further yournursing career. Comprehensive treatment, multi-disciplinary functions acrossthe inpatient and outpatient teams, and liaison with multiple agencies, areintegral to service provision across the South Island. About You This is an exciting opportunityfor Enrolled Nurses with a current New Zealand APC and mental healthexperience or scope of practice to work in a specialist dynamic and variedinpatient setting. You will be providing care, assessment and managementof maternal mental health and eating disorder treatment. We are seeking anexperienced Enrolled Nurses with scope for Mental Health to bring yourenthusiasm and motivation to work with us, in return we’ll provide you with agreat opportunity to enhance your skills in a specialty area providing learningand education on the job. Aboutyou Registered with the Nursing Council ofNew Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope; Someone with empathy, compassion, goodtime management and adaptability who can work across both specialities withinthe inpatient setting.
