Datacom is seeking a Principal Consultant - Workday to act as the bridge between client business users, stakeholders and implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, design solutions and articulate Workday concepts in a client-facing capacity. You will manage Workday HCM workstreams, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing and training.
