Cafe Supervisor (INTERNAL APPLICANTS)

This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth daily operations. As Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining high food and service standards, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all our customers. Key Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring the café team to achieve operational excellence. Managing daily operations, including rostering and stock control. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Managing out catering enquiries and orders. On boarding new staff members What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a hospitality or café environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
