Finance Operations Coordinator – Global Wave Group Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based) Working hours: 1:30 - 10 P.M. from Monday to Friday Reports to: Head of Finance Key Responsibilities Review and process daily client applications. Handle daily document organization, filing, and classification. Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. Bachelor’s degree; major in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal). High execution capability; detail-oriented and responsible in work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
