The Opportunity You’llmanage our digital platformsbyhelping users,spottingwhat’sbroken,what’sslow and what could be automated away entirely. That means digging into real systems, talking to the people who use them, and shipping changes that stick. A big part of the role is finding where AI and automation genuinely help (and where theydon’t).You’llwork across business teams,tech teams, and vendors, which meansyou’llsee how the whole thing fits together, not just your slice of it. You’llbe a good fit if youlike pushing boundaries with modern tech, andlike fixing things that annoypeople. Key responsibilities Proactively deliver system improvements that enhance performance, userexperienceand business value. Support,configureand optimisedigital platforms to ensurestrong performance,reliabilityand user experience. Partner withstakeholders,ITand vendor teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals. Map,analyseand improve end-to-end processes,usingAI and automation to driveefficiency. Communicatesystem changes, provide user training, and ensure successful implementation of new capabilities. BalanceBAU operational support with strategic projects , ensuring all changes deliver measurable business value. Location Smith&SmithSupport Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington Hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Whatwe’relooking for Around 2–3 years in a technology-focused role. A knack for figuring out how business systems work, then making them work better . Hands-on experience using AI and automation to cut out manual work. Comfort with process mapping and analysis, you can look at a messy workflow and see the shape of a better one. Experience managingstakeholders , vendors, and priorities that all claim to be urgent. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
