About The Role We are currently seeking a reliable individual to join our Chilled/Frozen Team. In the role of Chilled/Frozen Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our department is well stocked, organized, and prepared to offer an exceptional shopping experience to our customers every day. What the Role Involves As a Chilled/Frozen Assistant, Your Responsibilities Will Include Replenishing chilled and frozen stock to a high standard Ensuring displays are well presented and shelves are faced up Assisting customers with inquiries and helping them locate products Safely handling deliveries and managing stock movements Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Supporting the wider store team when necessary What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and excellent attendance record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills and attention to detail Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 25kg A willingness to learn and grow within the role Full-Time Position This is a full-time position requiring 34 hours of work per week. The schedule is as follows: Friday: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Please note that the days off will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and have legal entitlement to work in the country.
