IconicAI in Auckland is seeking a Head of Growth to build the marketing engine and scalable lead-generation systems for rapid growth. You'll run discovery calls and warm-lead conversations, freeing the founder to close larger deals. This is a hands-on, hybrid role spanning marketing and business development, owning content, campaigns, and qualification of leads from start to finish.
