Job Description
As the Corporate Travel Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the New Zealand market. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This is a role suited to someone who is commercially driven, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by achieving results. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and target mid-market organisations across New Zealand Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling client presentations Manage RFPs and tender submissions where required Negotiate commercial terms and secure new client partnerships Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting About You You are an ambitious and results-focused sales professional with a proven ability to win new business.
