About the role : Based in Whakatāne, you'll lead the delivery of temporary traffic management for Horizon Networks, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient worksites across the region : Daily TM leadership: oversee traffic management operations and ensure all sites meet NZGTTM standards Compliance & planning: manage CAR applications, TMPs and regulatory requirements Team supervision: coach, mentor and support Traffic Controllers Safety & equipment: maintain plant, conduct audits and uphold strong H&S practices Customer service: build trusted relationships and deliver responsive technical support Project support: assist with reporting, subcontractor coordination and quality checks About You You're an experienced traffic management professional who brings strong technical knowledge, leadership capability and a commitment to safe, high-quality work : TM experience: 3–6 years in traffic management with solid NZGTTM knowledge Leadership skills: confident supervising teams and training others Organised & proactive: strong planning, documentation and scheduling capability Safety‑focused: committed to hazard management and safe work practices Customer‑driven: able to build strong relationships and resolve issues quickly Adaptable: comfortable working in a fast‑moving, multi‑skilled environment What's in it for you?
