What you’ll do: As our Digital Media Specialist you will drive tactical execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination across Cartology’s digital media portfolio. Acting as the central manager for e-commerce queries, this role bridges the gap between Clients, Sales, Commercial, Integrated Planning, and Digital Trading teams while maintaining the central knowledge base. By streamlining administrative workflows, managing query triage, and surfacing actionable insights,You will resolve operational friction to enable the Senior Product Manager to focus on high-level strategy and key client engagement. Central Query Management: Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional e-commerce and digital media enquiries from internal teams and external clients. Knowledge Management & Automation: Maintain the central e-commerce repository and document recurring queries to build automated self-service and AI knowledge tools. Process & SLA Optimization: Identify workflow friction points across departments and implement clear escalation pathways and SLAs to improve collaboration. Performance Reporting: Manage end-to-end product performance reporting using GA4, Looker, Looker Studio, and Excel. Commercial Insights & Market Intelligence: Translate shopper data into actionable pitch insights and audit the retail media landscape for market trends. Sales Collateral & Support: Maintain sales tools, decks, and case studies, helping build tailored ad solutions for the commercial pipeline. Executive Preparation: Create briefing packs and data summaries for the Senior PM to support strategic client engagements. Product & Delivery Governance: Maintain technical documentation, track product roadmaps with delivery squads, and verify production feasibility before sales progression What you’ll bring: You bring a track record of operational excellence, driving fast, SLA-compliant query resolution across Sales, Trading, and Commercial teams. A proactive problem-solver, you reduce workflow friction by expanding centralized AI and FAQ knowledge bases to eliminate repetitive requests. You bring rigorous attention to detail, ensuring zero-error accuracy across technical docs, production briefs, and sales collateral. Fast-paced and dependable, you deliver sharp data insights and clear technical briefs that prevent delays and keep product roadmaps moving on schedule. Experience: 1–3 years in a Digital Media, eCommerce, or Marketing support role (AdTech or retail media experience preferred). Cross-Functional Facilitator: Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills with a knack for translating complex technical/trading information into clear answers for commercial teams. Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail; comfortable gathering, structuring, and interpreting performance data sets. Organisational Mastery: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple query workstreams and maintain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
