Carrick Winery in Bannockburn, Otago, is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our restaurant and cellar door team. You will manage service standards, roster and coach the front of house team, oversee stock and till processes, and help deliver memorable food and wine pairing experiences for our guests — including weddings, functions and tastings.
