We are seeking applications for two Medical Receptionists at Pacific Radiology Wanaka. In this role, you will provide a frontline reception service that contributes positively to the company's image by delivering a quality andtimelyservice to patients, referrers, funders, and internal staff. You will schedule and book imaging appointments as per booking protocols, communicating withpatientsall relevant informationregardingtheir specific examination, including any preparation requirements. You will also accurately input information into the radiology information system (RIS),maintainaccuraterecords of patient medical and personal details, andidentifythe correct funding pathway, adhering to funding protocols where applicable.
