Key Responsibilities High level Summary: The Senior Contracts Manager is a full-time, role base in our Dalry office, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of civil engineering, including but not limited too: Manage all aspects of pre-contract and post contract activities review estimate and contractual documentation lead on contract administration, valuation, variations and claims monitor programme, cost and commercial performance Work closely with Senior Management to lead, strengthen, and support company growth sustainably. Experience in contract management, administration, and negotiation within civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. Strong commercial, financial, and risk management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and contract performance monitoring. Knowledge of relevant contract forms and frameworks (e.g., NEC, JCT or similar), and familiarity with public sector procurement and compliance. Proficiency in stakeholder and client relationship management, with clear written and verbal communication and report-writing skills. Background in project coordination or delivery for highways, facilities management, or related infrastructure services. Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficient delivery. Relevant professional qualification or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the Scottish infrastructure or highways sector and a valid right to work in the UK are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
