We're growing our Data & Analytics capability and are currently recruiting for two Insights Analyst opportunities: 1 x Permanent Insights Analyst 1 x 12-Month Fixed-Term Insights Analyst Both roles can be based in either our Wellington or Auckland Offices. The positions sit within our Innovation & Digital team and offer the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business to transform data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making and improved Member outcomes. About The Role As an Insights Analyst, you'll analyse data, identify trends and opportunities, develop reporting and visualisation solutions, and help business leaders make informed decisions through clear, actionable insights. You'll work across a wide range of business areas, building strong stakeholder relationships and helping grow confidence in data throughout the organisation. What You'll Be Doing Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities. Developing dashboards, reports and visualisations using tools such as Power BI. Working with stakeholders to understand business questions and reporting needs. Translating complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Supporting data quality, governance and reporting processes. Contributing to automated reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. About You You'll be a naturally curious and analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and helping others make informed decisions through data. You'll have strong communication skills and enjoy partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Have Experience in an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role. Strong Power BI and SQL capability. Experience working with complex datasets. Knowledge of Python or R (advantageous). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience developing dashboards, reporting and business insights. The ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
