About the opportunity As a Senior Associate, you will work across a broad range of TMT matters, advising both customers and suppliers. Your work will span technology procurement and development, commercial contracts, licensing, digital infrastructure, privacy and cyber, media and entertainment, marketing, and TV and film production. You will also work closely with the Corporate and M&A team on technology and telecommunications transactions, providing specialist sector expertise. This is a varied role offering exposure to complex, high-value matters and the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated clients across the sector. We are looking for a lawyer with strong existing experience in the technology sector, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and experience gained within a comparable firm or specialist team. You will bring excellent technical and commercial skills, strong client management capabilities and a genuine interest in the evolving technology landscape.
