You will triage work orders, plan and schedule jobs, coordinatetradesand subcontractors, and keep customers informed when priorities change. This role suits someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, working across multiple systems and bringing calm, clear communication to a busy operational environment. Review and prioritise incoming work orders so jobs are ready to schedule. Plan and schedule multi-trade work across operational teams and subcontractors. Arrange appointments with clients,tenantsand customers. Respond quickly to disruptions such as urgent jobs, staff illness,weatherand access changes. Monitorjob progress and raise risks before service targets are affected. Maintainaccuratejob notes, documentation, costcodesand planned dates. Work with supervisors,suppliersand internal teams to keep resources fully utilised. Help improve work order processes while supporting a safe, customer-focused environment. What You'll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko: Experience coordinating high volumes of work,prioritiesor deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working across multiple databases and systems at the same time. Good computer skills, with Microsoft Excel,Wordand Outlook experience an advantage. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and time management. A calm, practical approach when plans change or pressure builds. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style.
