Sudima Christchurch Airport is seeking a driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dishes across restaurant and room service. We value creativity and strong leadership with a focus on menu planning, stock control, and staff development for a busy hotel environment.
