You'll play a leading role in developing trusted insight products that support Member segmentation, retention, growth, engagement and campaign performance. This role can be based in either our Auckland or Wellington Offices and is a Permanent Position. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining Member insight products, including segmentation, retention, growth and engagement analytics. Designing analytical approaches, measures and visualisations that turn complex data into actionable insights. Providing evidence-based recommendations that influence strategy, prioritisation and decision making. Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and insights can improve Member and business outcomes. Translating analytical findings into clear and compelling stories that drive action. Supporting analytical standards, quality and capability across the broader team. Ensuring strong governance, quality assurance and compliance practices across analytical outputs. Qualifications Significant experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence or customer analytics. Required Skills Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets. Strong Power BI experience and exposure to modern cloud data platforms. Experience developing analytical products, dashboards, segmentation models or decision-support tools. Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work through ambiguity and translate business challenges into analytical solutions. A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
