Senior Business Analyst

This is more than a traditional Business Analyst role. You'll be joining a complex, high-profile transformation programme at a pivotal stage, helping define what good looks like before solutions are built and customer experiences are redesigned. Working across business, technology and delivery partners, you'll be trusted to bring clarity to complexity, lead analysis activities across multiple workstreams, and ensure Contact retains ownership of key decisions that will shape the future of our retail business.

In this role you'll:

• Lead the discovery, analysis and definition of requirements for a strategically important transformation programme

• Translate complex business needs into outcomes that can be understood and delivered by technical teams
\n
• Partner with senior stakeholders across retail, technology, architecture and delivery functions to align priorities and drive progress
\n
• Provide leadership and oversight across analysis activities, helping ensure high-quality outputs and consistent ways of working
\n
• Take ownership of requirements, prioritisation decisions and documentation standards across key programme workstreams
\n
• Influence future‑state customer journeys, operating models, processes and platform capabilities
\n
• Help shape solutions that support Contact's multi-product future across electricity, broadband, mobile and future services
\n
• Contribute to the growth of the Business Analysis Chapter through knowledge sharing, collaboration and chapter involvement
\n
• You’ll be joining a Business Analysis chapter of experienced practitioners who value openness, transparency, learning and supporting one another to do great work.
