Civil Works Labourer Looking for your next civil role in Wanaka? Tradestaff Queenstown is looking for a capable Civil Works Labourer who is currently based in Wanaka to join a crew working on civil construction projects throughout the local area. Location: Wanaka, Otago Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $27–$30 per hour, depending on experience What you'll be doing Carrying out hands‑on labouring across civil construction sites Assisting crews with drainage installation and trench work Preparing and levelling ground for roading and site works Placing and compacting gravel, aggregate and other materials Working safely around excavators, rollers and other machinery Helping with site set‑up, materials and general ground support What we're looking for Must be currently based in Wanaka Full Class 1 driver licence – required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Civil, construction or similar labouring experience preferred Physically fit and ready for hands‑on outdoor work Dependable with a strong focus on site safety WTR endorsements are a bonus Site Safe or other relevant tickets are an advantage What's in it for you Weekly pay PPE provided Potential for ongoing work Experience across different civil sites and projects Work alongside experienced civil crews Build practical skills within the civil industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
