We are seeking an outstanding leader who has the understanding, expertise and commitment to lead: collaborative pedagogy and practices mentoring and guidance of staff This role will be particularly focused on curriculum design, development and implementation. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skills to implement curriculum changes, lead professional learning/development and professional growth cycles and have the ability to lead inclusive learning support programmes and practices. Developing strong relationships with students, whānau, parish and key community groups will be essential to the role. Being flexible and having a willingness to take on the various responsibilities of everyday school life is integral to this position. We are looking for a Deputy Principal who will bring energy, warmth, strong educational leadership and a genuine spirit of service to this role - a person who will lead with faith, integrity, compassion and excellence!
