About the Role As a Clinical Coordinator with Te Ara Manapou, you will play a key leadership role supporting the delivery of high quality care across Addictions and Maternal Mental Health services. This is a hands on role where no two days look the same balancing clinical coordination, supporting complex care pathways, and being a trusted clinical resource for the team. Youll work closely with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate referrals, manage day to day clinical workflows, and provide guidance and mentoring to others. This is a great opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys influencing how services operate, strengthening equity focused practice, and helping shape responsive, culturally safe care for tangata whaiora and their whānau. About the Team/Service/ Location Te Ara Manapou is a specialist Addictions and Maternal Mental Health service based on Queen Street, Hastings.
