We are seeking two dedicated and professional deans to join our high-functioning wellbeing and student support team in 2027. Deans follow their cohort through from Year 9 to Year 13. The successful candidates will be organised, collaborative, kind, great communicators, and committed to restorative practice. As leaders in the school, the deans will support student success and wellbeing, and they will also have strong pedagogical and curriculum knowledge. These are permanent, full-time teaching positions (please state your teaching subjects) commencing 26 January 2027. The dean roles are 5-year fixed term positions and come with 2x MUs, 2x MMAs and time allowance. The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $62,862 to $105,686 depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
