We're recruiting qualified carpenters on behalf of an established client undertaking commercial construction projects across Lower Hutt and Porirua. About the role Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings Completing structural, framing, fit-out and finishing carpentry Installing fixtures, fittings and building components Working alongside other trades to meet project deadlines Following health and safety requirements and maintaining a tidy work area Ongoing work is project-dependent and will be influenced by your reliability, attitude, motivation and quality of workmanship. About you A recognised carpentry qualification and proven commercial construction experience The ability to read plans and work accurately to specifications Reliable transport, your own tools and availability for early starts A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Pride in delivering quality workmanship safely and efficiently You must also be legally entitled to work in New Zealand without restrictions.
