We are looking for a leader who: Demonstrates strong alignment with our vision, values, and strategic goals, with a commitment to equitable and excellent outcomes for learners. Builds authentic, respectful relationships with students, staff, whānau, and the wider community. Has proven leadership experience in curriculum and pedagogy, with a record of improving teaching and learning outcomes. Experience leading school-wide mathematics programmes is an advantage. Develops teacher capability through coaching, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive education. Has strong pastoral and behaviour management skills and can support the needs of senior students in Years 4-6. Thinks strategically, leads improvement initiatives, and manages change effectively. Demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and resilience when balancing priorities. Possesses strong organisational and operational management skills, including overseeing systems, reliever coordination, and major projects. Understands assessment, reporting, and data analysis, and is confident using HERO and other digital platforms. Is innovative and future-focused, embracing digital technologies and AI to enhance learning and organisational effectiveness. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ongoing growth.
