Tū Ora Compass Health is seeking a Hutt-based Access and Choice Health Coach to empower patients in the Hutt Valley to take an active role in their care. This full-time permanent role involves working with GPs, Nurses, and allied health staff to support patients in achieving self-identified health goals.
