About the Role The Coordinator, People Services provides high‑quality HR operational and administrative support across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, this role keeps HR processes accurate, compliant, and continuously improving. What You Will Deliver Employee Lifecycle Transactions — Coordinate transfers, promotions, and terminations. Prepare contracts, variation letters, and employment documentation within agreed service levels HR Advisory Support — Act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners and supporting remuneration reviews, performance cycles, and HR projects HR Administration — Process HR‑related Purchase Orders and invoices, maintain HR documentation and templates, manage correspondence, support reporting needs, and complete other HR administrative tasks that contribute to efficient People Services operations Onboarding & Induction — Manage onboarding activities, organise induction programs, and liaise with managers to ensure a smooth and engaging commencement experience for new starters HR Data & Systems — Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data integrity, support audits, resolve discrepancies, and assist with HR system testing and implementation Recruitment Administration — Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling, documentation, and candidate coordination Learning & Compliance — Maintain training records, process compliance learning requirements, support learning campaigns, and generate participation reports What You Bring Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable) 2+ years’ experience in HR, People Services, or Shared Services, with hands‑on exposure to employee lifecycle processes and HR systems Experience working with HRIS platforms Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability, with strong reporting and data management skills Solid knowledge of ANZ employment legislation, HR practices, and data privacy requirements Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment A customer‑focused communicator with high discretion, a collaborative approach, and a continuous improvement mindset Why DKSH Ready to make an impact?
