Part-Time Plumbing & Bathrooms Team Member Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our busy Plumbing & Bathrooms Department. Position: Part-Time Plumbing & Bathrooms Team Member Hours: 24 hours per week Rostered Hours: Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Saturday: 10:30am – 7:00pm Some flexibility to cover annual leave & sickness About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced department where you'll assist customers with their plumbing and bathroom projects, provide product advice, and help maintain a well-presented and organised department. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous experience in plumbing, bathrooms, hardware, or retail sales is preferred A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a busy environment Key Responsibilities Assisting customers with product selection and advice Maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays Processing sales and customer orders Ensuring the department is clean, organised, and well presented Working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Why Join Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead?
