This role is ideal for a teacher with a strong interest in working with ORS-funded ākonga. Experience in neuro-affirming approaches, such as play-based pedagogy, relationship-centred practice, and sensory-informed teaching, would be a real advantage. You will work closely with a team of teacher aides and therapists, with ongoing support from syndicate leaders and our development coaches. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. Rosehill School caters for ākonga aged 5 to 21 years across 16 sites, including our base school and a network of satellite classes. The base salary for trained and registered teachers ranges from$62,862 to $105,686, depending on qualifications and experience. SDA and PTSA are paid in addition to base salary.
