Brilliant Minds Early Childhood Centre Auckland Full time, Permanent Are you a passionate leader ready to guide a beautiful team of educators with heart, joy, and purpose? We are looking for an inspiring Early Childhood Education (ECE) centre supervisor to step into our vibrant, welcoming space in Auckland and become the true heartbeat of our wonderful learning community. Key responsibilities Lead and support the teaching team to provide high-quality education and care Oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre Support and mentor teachers and other staff Promote a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture Ensure curriculum planning and learning outcomes are meaningful and child-centred Maintain strong relationships with children, parents, whānau and the wider community Ensure policies, procedures and licensing requirements are followed Maintain high standards of health, safety, child protection and wellbeing Assist with staff rosters and maintaining appropriate staffing levels Manage parent enquiries and resolve concerns professionally Work alongside management to achieve centre goals and continuous improvement Maintain accurate documentation and records Promote a welcoming, safe and nurturing environment for every child Who will fit right in Has a recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current practising certificate Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in an ECE setting Has a strong understanding of Te Whāriki and NZ ECE regulations Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can lead, motivate and support a diverse teaching team Builds positive relationships with children, parents and whānau Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Holds a current First Aid certificate, or is willing to obtain one Supportive and friendly management team Positive and inclusive workplace culture Opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives Professional development and career growth opportunities Opportunity to be part of a growing ECE organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
