Job Description The role In joining Alpine as a Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of our Works Delivery team, providing essential administrative, financial, and operational support. From coordinating workflows and maintaining systems to supporting reporting and project delivery, your work will help ensure the right information, processes, and people come together to keep our network and communities powered As a Support Officer for our Works Delivery team, you will be responsible for: Providing general administration support, including setting up projects and budgets, creating purchase orders and work orders, and maintaining accurate records within our ERP and business systems. Supporting the Works Delivery team through workflow coordination, reporting, document management, contractor and retailer service requests, and ensuring key information is recorded accurately and on time. Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, contractors, and suppliers while helping drive continuous improvement, effective communication, and the successful delivery of network projects and operational work. What you’ll need Prior experience in an administration role Sound IT literacy across a wide range of systems, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or asset-intensive environments Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation What we offer At Alpine we focus on creating a place where people genuinely want to come to work.
