About the Role\nReporting to the Chief Executive, this is a unique opportunity for an inspired leader to oversee, develop and be accountable for our Corporate Services branch. This critical enabling function is responsible for finance, people and capability, and information systems, ensuring the organisation has the capability, systems and services required to deliver its strategic priorities and outcomes.
\nYou will lead a high-performing leadership team and provide strategic direction across the Corporate Services portfolio, driving organisational performance, productivity and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Board, Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure our corporate services are customer-focused, future-ready and aligned to organisational priorities.
\nAs a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will demonstrate collective impact and a One Commission mindset, contributing to our overall leadership and success. You will champion collaboration across the organisation, support effective decision-making through high-quality advice, and ensure robust financial stewardship, risk management, compliance and organisational resilience.
About You\nWe are looking for an experienced and highly regarded executive leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will have a proven track record of leading complex corporate functions, building organisational capability, and delivering outcomes that enable organisations to perform at their best.
\nYou will bring sound judgement, strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style that builds trust, influences effectively, and delivers results. You will also have experience working with and reporting to Boards, a deep understanding of the machinery of government, and the ability to operate successfully within complex public sector environments.
