About the Role\nReporting operationally to the General Manager and professionally to the Chief Allied Health Scientific and Technical Officer, your role will see you contributing to strategic operational and professional leadership for allied health and scientific and technical teams. This is a great opportunity to enable growth with support.
Your role will include:\n- \n
- Jointly supporting allied health, scientific and technical staff across the above areas to operate effectively, using contemporary models of care, on a day-to-day basis \n
- Partnering with other professional leadership and service management to optimise the effective and efficient running of the services \n
- Fostering excellence in quality allied health, scientific and technical standards, practice and professional conduct. \n

- Experience in and knowledge of clinical quality and best practice and their application to the health sector \n
- Demonstrated ability to overview the practice of team members to ensure the needs of both patient and the organisation are appropriately addressed \n
- Proven ability to provide up to date professional advice to team members in relation to clinical and operational skills and practiceExperience and knowledge of the health sector challenges and opportunities \n
- Knowledge of the Southern Health System and future models of care would be desirable \n
