Warehouse Manager

Lead warehouse operations and build a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 9-10 warehouse staff, building capability and accountability Create a positive, high-performing culture with a strong focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement Identify and implement process improvements that improve efficiency, accuracy and customer service Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations and product dispatch to ensure high service levels Build strong relationships with manufacturing, customer service, procurement, transport providers and other key stakeholders Lead change initiatives and support the ongoing evolution of warehouse operations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience leading warehouse operations within manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced distribution environment Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated success developing, coaching and retaining high-performing teams Experience using ERP systems to manage warehouse operations, with strong overall IT and systems capability Sound understanding of inventory management, warehouse KPIs and operational planning A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive positive change WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Base salary of $100K-$120K plus 7.5% STIP Opportunity to influence the future direction of a well-established warehouse operation Join a respected New Zealand manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality Supportive leadership team that values innovation, continuous improvement and developing its people A role where your ideas, leadership and improvements will make a genuine difference Long-term career opportunity with a stable and growing business To apply for this vacancy, you must be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or already hold a valid New Zealand work visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
