As a Duty Manager at EVENT Cinemas Chartwell, you'll assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our cinema to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations whilst maximising our profits. Responsibilities of the role will include: Monitoring SPH & Admissions as well as ensuring targets are met Creating a working environment where our team members can reach their full potential Demonstrating professional behaviours & modelling our values to all team members Helping to lead our team, including rewarding & recognising strong performance, coaching & development as well as performance management Providing excellence in service to our customers Ensuring operations and business runs smoothly in the absence of the Cinema General Manager We want you to be the best you can be so you'll bring to this role: Previous experience in a leadership role ideally in the retail, food service or hospitality/leisure industry Ability to work on a 7 day rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays A high level of self-motivation & the ability to get the job done Superior organisational and multi-tasking skills A real passion for our customers and employees At least one year’s Supervisory or Management experience Event Cinemas Chartwell, Level 2 Westfield Chartwell, Chartwell, Waikato, New Zealand #J-18808-Ljbffr
