Middlemore Central (MMC) is looking for a keen, energetic Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support the inpatient wards with Variance Response Management (VRM) within our Integrated Operations Centre. The term is fixed to cover parental leave. You will lead a dedicated team of RNs and HCAs, collaborate with clinical colleagues across the organisation and prioritise workload to optimise patient flow and safety.
